The National Defence Academy (NDA) Examination is one of India's most prestigious and competitive entrance exams, conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). It is the gateway for Class 12 students to join the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune — the world's first tri‑service academy — and go on to earn a commission as an Officer in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force.
